Javier Sáez Hurtado is the founder of Convexify, a boutique artificial intelligence firm incorporated in Andorra in February 2025. Convexify designs AI strategy and builds intelligent products and agents that carry out real work under human control for organisations across Europe, and transfers the capability to the client’s team. Since November 2024 he has also been Head of AI Heroes at Learning Heroes, a Spanish-language AI education company, where he leads the IA Heroes programme. He completed five of the six years of the degree in Medicine at the Universidad de Valladolid (2014 to 2020), where he was an internal research student at the Instituto de Biología y Genética Molecular (2016 to 2018), before leaving the degree to work in digital business. In December 2018 he founded Paradigmia, a non-profit anatomy education project that took part in Startup School, Y Combinator’s free online course (2019 to 2020), and whose content remains open and free after the association agreed its dissolution in February 2025. He holds an MBA in Digital Entrepreneurship from IEBS Business School (2018 to 2019). He was Marketing Manager at IEBS Business School (2020 to 2021) and Product & Sales Director at Xperiencia Virtual (2022 to 2024). He lives in Andorra.
