01Who is Javier Sáez Hurtado?
Javier Sáez Hurtado is the founder of Convexify, a boutique artificial intelligence firm based in Andorra that designs and builds AI agents, intelligent products and AI strategy for organisations with complex problems. Since November 2024 he has been Head of AI Heroes at Learning Heroes, where he leads IA Heroes, the platform’s Spanish-language AI training programme.
He completed five of the six years of the degree in Medicine at the Universidad de Valladolid (2014 to 2020), where he was an internal research student at the Instituto de Biología y Genética Molecular between 2016 and 2018, and in December 2018 he founded Paradigmia, a non-profit anatomy education project. He lives in Andorra.

Convexify
Convexify SLU was incorporated in Andorra in February 2025; Javier is its founder and sole director. The firm works with organisations across Europe on three fronts: AI strategy (where AI creates a durable advantage and what not to build), products with intelligence at their core, built around how each business works, and AI agents that carry out real work under explicit human control. It complements that work with in-person talks and workshops for leadership teams and builders.

Small teams, short loops, visible evidence. He starts by removing fragility (dependencies, undocumented knowledge, single points of failure) before adding intelligence; protects the core of a business while experimenting at the edges, where the downside is bounded; and prefers several reusable capabilities to one irreversible bet. Every system expands its autonomy only with evidence from real work, and the knowledge, documentation and code stay with the client’s team.

04Paradigmia
Paradigmia is a non-profit education project on health sciences and human anatomy that Javier Sáez Hurtado founded in Valladolid in December 2018, while a medical student. Between 2019 and 2025 it operated as Asociación Paradigmia, a non-profit association under Spanish law of which he was president, and it took part in Startup School, Y Combinator’s free online course (September 2019 to July 2020).
In that period it published open courses, study guides and exams, and a YouTube channel on anatomy and biochemistry with more than 30,000 subscribers and 2.5 million views. The association agreed its dissolution in February 2025. The domain and the content are maintained by its founder in a personal capacity, on a non-profit basis and without external funding, so that they remain open and free.
