Javier Sáez Hurtado on Era Exponencial: OpenClaw and autonomous agents
Javier Sáez Hurtado and Arnau Ramió devote this episode of El podcast de la Era Exponencial, published on 25 March 2026 on the Learning Heroes channel, to OpenClaw and autonomous agents. It runs for 69 minutes.
OpenClaw is an open-source AI agent, formerly called Clawdbot and Moltbot, that runs on the user’s computer and carries out tasks on their behalf. It is the most technical episode of the series and the closest to the work of Convexify, the firm Javier Sáez Hurtado founded in Andorra. It explains how an autonomous agent is structured inside (components such as the gateway and the heartbeat), what security risks open up when it is given access to real systems, and why every company will need its own agent strategy.
It is one of the eight artificial intelligence episodes of the series, recorded while Javier Sáez Hurtado led the IA Heroes programme at Learning Heroes.
